Tenant RUBS/Utilities Meeting April 11, 2015

Mark your calendar. Management will hold a meeting at the pool area from 9-10:00 A.M. at Walnut Hills and from 11:00 to noon at Ridgecrest on Saturday April 11 to discuss the RUBS utility program in detail. The goal is to provide full disclosure to tenants regarding how the program works, what percentage of total expenses are paid by residents and a comparison of expenses to other properties in the Hayward area.
